ABOUT JBM Consulting

Human Resources Consultant With 20+ Years of Experience
A native of Niagara Falls, NY, Jeannine Brown Miller started JBM Consulting in 1987. Over the course of her career as a Human Resources generalist, Jeannine has managed Human Resources departments, overseeing payroll operations, compensation, benefit administration, employee/labor relations, and implementing Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). She also spent more than 17 years in higher education as a Director of Human Resources, while managing JBM Consulting.

Education & Advanced Degrees

  • Associate’s Degree from Niagara County Community College
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Niagara University
  • Master of Arts Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of New Haven in Connecticut
  • Advanced Certification of Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR)
  • A graduate of Leadership Niagara

Award Recipient & Active Volunteer
Jeannine’s expertise has been recognized through a variety of awards, including the receipt of the “HR Excellence Award” from the Buffalo Niagara Human Resources Association (local SHRM). JBM consulting also contributed to a major institution being named among the top three “Best Places to Work” in Western New York.

In addition to her many business duties, Jeannine is actively involved in her community, serving on a variety of committees and boards and in various volunteer roles.
